Nothing compliments a movie better than a favorite snack and a cold drink. So you need a snack bar complete that home theater feel. This, too, can be done a budget. 

First, decide on your snacks. Second, decide how and where to prepare them. Lastly, choose equipment needed to meet this goal. I usually serve cold drinks and popcorn. 

We use a microwave and dorm fridge. So our equipment needs are minimal. And sometimes we order a pizza.  But you may have more lofty goals for your family.
